Refund Policy

The refund amount, if any, will be based on the date the LTRC Tap/Jazz Treasurer (Mrs. Trudy Dashiell) is notified. Do not notify your child’s instructor.
From the time of pre-registration until the first class session, there will be a 100% REFUND if your dancer drops the program FOR ANY REASON.
After the first class is held, there will be a 75% REFUND if your dancer drops the program FOR ANY REASON.
After the second class is held, there will be a 50% REFUND of registration money if your dancer drops the program FOR ANY REASON.
After the third class is held, there will be NO REFUND if your dancer drops the program FOR ANY REASON.
Costume deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be required to pay the balance due for the costume(s) since the costume companies do not allow us to cancel orders.
